Position Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance Oversight & Reporting
- Acts as the backup FSO in absence of FSO in all areas of duties & responsibilities.
- Greets all incoming visitors, customers, and guests & processes incoming and outgoing visit requests.
- Maintain Master Roster of incoming visit requests.
- Assists in the preparation of annual inspections.
- Monitors cameras and alarm systems and performs periodic testing of the alarms.
- Assists the FSO with the creation and implementation of security policies and procedures according to the NISPOM.
- Assists with briefings and debriefs of new and current employees.
- Open & close facility on a rotating basis.
- Assist in the creation of DD254s for Prime and Subcontractors.
- Works along with the FSO regarding security violations investigations, reports, non-compliance, and implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements:
- Must be a United States citizen with the ability to maintain an active Top-Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
- 1 + years of AFSO experience desired.
- Ability to obtain the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certificate within 6 months.
- Experience and ability to effectively use systems: DISS, NISS, ACCS, and eQIP (Required).
- Industrial security experience, and knowledge of the NISPOM (desired).
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communications.
- Strong Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
- Customer service attitude; hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.fax machines and printers).
- E-Mass (Desired)
- Knowledge of upcoming CMMC Requirements.
