Position Responsibilities:

  • Safety & Compliance Oversight & Reporting
  • Acts as the backup FSO in absence of FSO in all areas of duties & responsibilities.
  • Greets all incoming visitors, customers, and guests & processes incoming and outgoing visit requests.
  • Maintain Master Roster of incoming visit requests.
  • Assists in the preparation of annual inspections.
  • Monitors cameras and alarm systems and performs periodic testing of the alarms.
  • Assists the FSO with the creation and implementation of security policies and procedures according to the NISPOM.
  • Assists with briefings and debriefs of new and current employees.
  • Open & close facility on a rotating basis.
  • Assist in the creation of DD254s for Prime and Subcontractors.
  • Works along with the FSO regarding security violations investigations, reports, non-compliance, and implementation of corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Must be a United States citizen with the ability to maintain an active Top-Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
  • 1 + years of AFSO experience desired.
  • Ability to obtain the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certificate within 6 months.
  • Experience and ability to effectively use systems: DISS, NISS, ACCS, and eQIP (Required).
  • Industrial security experience, and knowledge of the NISPOM (desired).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with excellent written and verbal communications.
  • Strong Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.
  • Customer service attitude; hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.fax machines and printers).
  • E-Mass (Desired)
  • Knowledge of upcoming CMMC Requirements.
  • Work location is: 6701 South Dale Mabry Hwy., Tampa FL 33611
  • Work hours: TBD based upon operating hours of 7a-6p
