Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with developing and adjusting long and short-term project plans.
  • Maintain vendor relationships while working with vendors to schedule and host vendor-led training on an as needed basis.
  • Collect and assess tool usage data.
  • Maintain usage data metrics for reporting purposes.
  • Interpret regulatory directives, oversee contract compliance, and coordinate essential program information with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal team leads with product evaluation and planning.
  • Research ways to eliminate program bottlenecks and barriers to production; support government counterparts (customers) in development of solutions to program issues.
  • Assist in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risks in accordance with policies and procedures; formulate proposed mitigations as necessary.
  • Respond to data calls and inquiries on program policies and procedures.
  • Complete Monthly Status Reports, documenting contract deliverables and projects.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must have Secret security clearance at the start of position.
  • 8+ years of experience leading diverse teams.
  • 8+ years of experience in successfully managing complex projects and government programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, showcasing initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Work location is in Tampa, FL
  • Work hours: 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday
