NTS thinks & interviews a little differently.
The attributes listed above are our current thinking of the role. However, you could be a great candidate even if you don’t fit the “everything” we’ve described above. You might also have important skills we haven’t thought of. If this is you, even if you’re on the fence, we encourage you to apply and tell us more about yourself!
Here at NTS, we’ve built an environment that celebrates the differences in backgrounds and experiences, and we feel that some of the most important skills brought to the table are the ones we don’t see on paper. NTS invests in activities that lead to greater inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility to include a workforce that brings true diversity of thought, actions, and leadership. If this sounds like a thought process you can align to, again we encourage you to apply with us. We are an equal-opportunity employer, and we especially encourage and invite members of traditionally underrepresented communities to apply. When you interview with NTS, it might take a little longer depending on the role, but we see the value of multiple team members being involved in our hiring process. We take the responsibility of inviting you to join our family seriously and feel it takes time to get to know you as well as offer you a deeper look into us and our team, culture, and values. We also see the value of you as a potential new hire to “interview” us. The act of joining our team is one we want to see as a long-term career opportunity. We like to “hire to retire”.
