The Director of Operations (DoO) is responsible for the overall delivery of services to clients. The DoO seeks to create follow-on sales opportunities from ongoing engagements. The DoO works closely with the Director of Services (DoS) and the COO to ensure proper staffing and timing of engagements. The DoO is a technical resource who mentors the “Operators in Charge” to continuously improve their ability to deliver high quality engagements and client-facing interaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Ensure strong, high quality and high client satisfaction delivery of all engagements.
Work to create and close follow on sales opportunities during and immediately following a client engagement.
Help to improve sales verbiage used to describe InGuardians services.
Lead the assignment of staff to engagements, in consultation with the COO and DoS.
Work to develop sales opportunities from client engagements.
Mentor all consultants on engagement delivery and client satisfaction.
In conjunction with the COO and DoS, conduct performance review of consultants.
