The Director of Operations (DoO) is responsible for the overall delivery of services to clients. The DoO seeks to create follow-on sales opportunities from ongoing engagements. The DoO works closely with the Director of Services (DoS) and the COO to ensure proper staffing and timing of engagements. The DoO is a technical resource who mentors the “Operators in Charge” to continuously improve their ability to deliver high quality engagements and client-facing interaction.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure strong, high quality and high client satisfaction delivery of all engagements.

  • Work to create and close follow on sales opportunities during and immediately following a client engagement.

  • Help to improve sales verbiage used to describe InGuardians services.

  • Lead the assignment of staff to engagements, in consultation with the COO and DoS.

  • Work to develop sales opportunities from client engagements.

  • Mentor all consultants on engagement delivery and client satisfaction.

  • In conjunction with the COO and DoS, conduct performance review of consultants.
