Skills:
Connect with clients and gather requirements
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards and trackers on Smartsheet
• Use advanced excel, Google sheets and Powerpoint for creating adhoc and monthly reports
• Track project status and update Smartsheet and googlesheets
• Use Salesforce for project management and administration
• Review and provide Salesforce Licenses
• Create and document process flow and Standard Operating Procedures for Client Delivery and Operations team

Good to have skills:
• Jira
• Sharepoint

• Excellent communication as it's a role which involves daily interactions directly with US Clients
