Ostra Cybersecurity is hiring a Partner Success Manager to be an integral part of the Ostra team. This role will report to the Director of Partner Success and will be focused on maintaining client satisfaction and building long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-timeTotal Compensation: $100,000-$125,000. Total compensation includes base salary plus a generous commission plan structured to reward partner growth objectives.
Job Location: Remote, Travel 20-50% required.
Team & Partner Collaboration
· Collaborating with the Director of Strategic Partnerships during the channel partner sales process to ensure smooth onboarding and transition once closed · Collaborating across the Ostra organization to ensure successful Go To Market (GTM) execution · Reviewing and following up with the Ostra Operations Team on high-priority tickets · Staying on top of changing market trends, competition, and new technologies Partner Success Manager Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Having a "walking the halls" mentality incorporating networking skills, trust, relationship management, and connecting people · Comfortable with demonstrating and presenting cybersecurity services · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Passion for delivering value to clients and driving client success · Remote work is an option but must reside in the United States · Ability to travel up to 50% to meet reasonable client & partner expectations
