What You’ll Do: 


  • Ensure the consistent execution of service standards

  • Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community

  • Provide service support to guests

  • Provide repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating

  • Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Own preventative maintenance daily

  • Strong communication with front desk, housekeeping, dryland and F&B operations

  • Comply with town regulations

  • Check in and check out protocols with daily usage of the maintenance work order system

  • Daily use of Alice software to connect with guests and resolve maintenance issues

  • Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience. 

  • Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision. 

  • Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
