What You’ll Do:
Ensure the consistent execution of service standards
Cultivate friendships within the Gravity Haus community
Provide service support to guests
Provide repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating
Ensure the company’s compliance with relevant regulations.
Own preventative maintenance daily
Strong communication with front desk, housekeeping, dryland and F&B operations
Comply with town regulations
Check in and check out protocols with daily usage of the maintenance work order system
Daily use of Alice software to connect with guests and resolve maintenance issues
Communicate efficiently with all Gravity Haus divisions to create a memorable guest experience.
Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador with an active part in our mission and vision.
Provide a genuine and elevated guest experience with a community focus, sustainable approach and driven attitude.
