Qeexo is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Compliance Manager. In this position, the candidate will implement and ensures company follows policies. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, passionate, exceptionally organized, and possess a distinctive mix of business and process acumen. Quick learning and adaptability are crucial, given the diverse projects across multiple disciplines associated with this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

•    Implement and formalize processes and controls
•    Monitor and identify compliance issues and follow-up
•    Drive improvements in existing processes and develop new innovative and efficient solutions
•    Support and drive both internal, regulatory and/or customer audits
•    Communicate gaps to management and coordinate cross functional team meetings to remediate and close the control gaps
•    Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•    Accurately and effectively communicate our compliance position and programs to auditors and customers
•    Cultivate strong relationships with cross functional partners necessary to drive success, including product, software engineering, machine learning engineering, QA and others, and collaborate with them to document and communicate key deliverables required and progress 
•    Develop and operationalize requirements around internal controls to ensure the company is complying with company and regulatory obligations
•    Project manage and prioritize work based on urgency and complexity


Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management Information Systems or related field OR equivalent work experience
•    5+ years of technical, data and business management experience
•    Experience influencing stakeholders and engineers
•    Experience working with and implementing compliance frameworks
•    Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
•    Experience with privacy, security or compliance issues
•    Cross-group collaboration experience
•    Technical process design and process improvement experience
•    Experience presenting solutions to cross functional teams
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Self-starter and versatile
•    US work authorization
