Qeexo is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Lead Software Quality Engineer. In this position, the candidate will oversee QA testing tasks for current and new products.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, passionate, exceptionally organized, and possess a distinctive mix of business and technical acumen. Quick learning and adaptability are crucial, given the diverse projects across multiple disciplines associated with this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mentor and guide a team of quality engineers
  • Prepare test design based on documented requirements and team discussions, including SW engineers, ML engineers, and project managers
  • Take responsibility for the testing activities, including estimating test efforts, analyzing requirements, preparation of test cases & test data, and test execution
  • Contribute to manual, automation, and performance testing
  • Provide reports and track quality metrics
  • Some traveling is required

Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical background and education: Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
  • 7+ Years of experience in software testing
  • Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies and tools
  • Experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure)
  • Experience in Web and mobile testing
  • Hands-on GitHub action
  • Experience in API testing
  • Experience in database testing
  • 2+ years working with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Robot Framework)
  • Perform Analysis and Design, design reviews, and development for test automation
  • 1+ years working with performance tools preferred (Apache JMeter)
  • Utilizing load, stress, and analysis to model performance scenarios, perform initial analysis using performance monitoring tools and reporting
  • Software/Hardware integration testing is a big plus
  • ISTQB certificate preferred
  • US work authorization
