We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product and Enablement Manager with a strong background in machine learning and experience working with sensor data. As the champion for our product Qeexo AutoML, you will work closely with customers and users to help integrate our technology into their machine learning application development life-cycle. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the burgeoning industry of tinyML and make a meaningfull impact on the growth of our company. You will join a highly capable team of product managers, machine learning, software and embedded engineers, and report directly to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption and engagement of Qeexo AutoML by becoming a champion for the product.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them integrate Qeexo AutoML into their workflow.
- Develop and conduct on-site and virtual training workshops to educate users on how to use Qeexo AutoML.
- Indentify new use cases and build demo applications using Qeexo AutoML.
- Develop and manage demo videos, user documentation, and blogs to support user adoption.
- Create PRDs, product requirements, and wireframes to communicate product improvements and features.
- Work closely with product management, machine learning engineering, and software engineering teams to ensure the product is meeting customer need and driving business growth
- Interact with new users to assist in onboarding and ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a product management role or similar, with a focus on machine learning.
- Familiarity with sensor data and the challenges of working with it.
- Experience working directly with customers and users to drive adoption and engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex, open-ended problems.
- Excellent communicaiton and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Hubspot, python) and methodologies, including creating PRDs, user stories, and wireframes.
- Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to drive innovation and growth.
- Domestic and international travel required.
