We are looking for a software engineer who loves to code and is not afraid of challenging, open-ended problems. You will have opportunities to work on front-end modern web UI, cloud infrastructure, back-end implementation, and integration with our machine learning pipeline. You will be collaborating with a highly capable team of software engineers, machine learning engineers, and embedded engineers. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of a leading product in the burgeoning tinyML market.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with Qeexo's machine learning team and software team to support, enhance, and improve the Qeexo AutoML platform (Docker-based web application running on AWS)
  • Improve our front-end with new features and adoption of best practices
  • Creating new code, improving existing code, and participating in code review
  • Helping the machine learning team as needed in other various ways, including with research projects, product commercialization, and demo development
  • Assist with monitoring product status and releases to QA, production, and internal environments
Required skills:
  • BS in Computer Science or similar technical degree
  • Experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS, including concepts such as layout and cross browser compatibility
  • Expertise with modern javascript best practices and frameworks (React, etc.)
  • Experience with AWS services, Docker, and integration
  • US work authorization required

Bonus:
  • Python, C, and Java experience
  • 2+ years profession experience with javascript software development
  • Proficiency with Linux or another Unix-based operating system and basic shell scripting
  • Familiarity / interest in machine learning
  • An experimental mindset
