Qeexo is looking for a critical thinker who will map and improve our quality process while leading interactions with key areas to obtain constructive feedback and implement changes. 

Objectives of this Role

• Develop new quality assurance standards and collaborate with teams achieve the goals

• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action

• Drive continuous improvement of testing protocols for implementation across all different environments, OS and devices

• Lead automation of quality assurance activities to help build an end-to-end test environment

• Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities, communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required

• Managing release/production branch from Git and deploying production version

• Identify areas for improvement and take action to ensure company-wide compliance

• Managing QA team resource and prioritizing daily base testing activities

• Document quality assurance activities with daily reporting

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• More than 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance
• Interest in machine learning from business and technical perspectives (previous experience with machine learning not required but is a plus)
• Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and independently
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools, including experience with test automation environments integrated with modern continuous integration platforms
• Experience working with CI/CD systems
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• US work authorization
