Qeexo is looking for an excited and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager. This Sr. Product Manager will own the product lifecycle from end to end for one or more of Qeexo’s machine learning solutions. In addition, this individual will manage a small team of project and product managers and help them execute your product strategies and roadmaps.
This individual should be highly motivated, passionate, super organized and should possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy. The ideal candidate will be able to learn quickly and be flexible, as this role requires tackling a number of projects in a variety of disciplines. In addition, you must be able to communicate with everyone from engineers to our executives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define the business and technical requirements for the products under your purview
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept, proposal, planning, development, launch, release and post-sale engagement
- Develop product roadmaps and strategies
- Identify and develop new features with engineering
- Develop a keen understanding of the competitive landscape based on market and user research
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of features and functionality for competitor products
- Help define the user experience of our solutions with our designer by developing feature requirements and wireframes, while incorporating key aspects of visual design, usability testing, and beta user feedback
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers and designers to deliver on milestones
Skills & Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with 3+ years of software product management experience
- 8+ years total work experience
- Interest in machine learning from business and technical perspectives (previous experience with machine learning not required but is a plus)
- Ability and eagerness to learn quickly and independently
- Experience with data analysis or analytics
- Computer science degree, engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience with user experience design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel
- US work authorization
Plus:
- Previous experience with machine learning solutions
- Hands-on data science experience including proficiency or experience with python
- MBA, Masters or other relevant advanced degree
- Experience managing other project and product managers
- Experience in a startup environment
