Job Description

  1. Administrative Management: ⚫ Handle daily administrative tasks including procurement and management of office supplies, maintenance of office environment, document filing, etc. ⚫ Develop and enforce company administrative policies to ensure orderly and efficient office operations. ⚫ Keep effectively communications with headquarter and cross-geo function teams
  2.  HR Support: ⚫ Assist the HR department in onboarding and offboarding processes, organizing employee training, and team-building activities. ⚫ Aid in collecting and compiling data for performance evaluations.
  3.  Financial Assistance: ⚫ Assist the finance department with daily expense reimbursements, budget preparation, and control. ⚫ Manage the registration, maintenance, and inventory of office fixed assets etc. IT related support.
  4. Documentation: ⚫ Draft and review various internal notifications, reports, meeting minutes, etc., ensuring accuracy and proper formatting. ⚫ Manage and archive all kinds of contracts and agreements.
  5. Other Tasks: ⚫ Complete additional tasks as assigned by senior management to ensure the efficient operation of administrative functions.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: ⚫ Associate degree or higher, preferably in Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. ⚫ At least 5 years of related experience in office or administrative management, with preference given to those with experience in large enterprises.
  2.  Language Skills: ⚫ Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with foreign executives and other English-speaking staff.
  3.  Technical Skills: ⚫ Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). ⚫ Strong writing skills, capable of independently drafting and editing documents.
  4.  Communication Skills: ⚫ Excellent oral and written communication abilities, able to effectively engage with both internal staff and external institutions. ⚫ Strong coordination and organizational skills, capable of maintaining high efficiency in a multi-tasking environment.
  5.  Problem-Solving Abilities: ⚫ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to swiftly identify and address various issues within daily administrative tasks. ⚫ Flexible and adaptable, capable of making sound decisions in emergencies
