The Lede Company, a full-service communication, strategy, and social impact consulting firm, specializing in corporate, brand, entertainment, and nonprofit sectors, is seeking a Coordinator to join the Brand team in our New York office.

With dedicated Talent, Brand, Strategic Communications, Content, and Social Impact divisions, we work with our clients to advance business and social outcomes through innovative storytelling, media, campaigns, and partnerships. The Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting accounts for a wide variety of Fashion, Beauty, and Lifestyle clients.



  • Support client projects from the brainstorm/ideation phase to plan development, execution, and reporting

  • Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies

  • Conduct market research, i.e., competitors, industry opportunities and challenges, products and services, and consumer insights

  • Client service administration support

  • Contribute to monthly, project or event reporting and recaps across all clients

  • Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary

  • Media outreach and relationship building with respective media outlets

  • Support onsite at events, coordination of logistics during all stages of programming, & coordination of retail promotions

  • Regularly prioritize work, meet deadlines, and actively communicate progress and deliverables to account teams. Be responsive and proactive on timely and priority tasks



  • BA or defined education in marketing, PR, communications, journalism, or a related concentration

  • 2 - 3 years of public relations experience, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or fashion

  • Demonstrated understanding of the communications market

  • Deep understanding of pop-culture

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Strict attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Responsive and proactive 

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in online social applications: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter

  • Proficient in Google Drive & Microsoft applications

  • Proficient in online social applications, i.e., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube
