The Lede Company’s Social Impact Division provides strategic advisory and consulting services to talent, philanthropists, brands and NGOs to help them implement and accelerate their advocacy, policy, philanthropy and impact efforts toward a more sustainable and equitable world. Serving as a trusted partner, Lede’s Social Impact team co-develops and designs innovative campaigns and initiatives that are purpose- and insight-driven and focused on advancing a cause, program, partner or issue on a global scale.
The Social Impact Division currently seeks a passionate, experienced and impactful social impact Account Manager to join its growing team. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving positive change for the clients and partners we serve.

A detail-oriented and capable generalist who is skilled in adapting to program and clients needs
Responsibilities:
Lead account teams and manage social impact projects from start to finish; keep client programs on schedule and ensure all deadlines are met.
Conceptualize, develop and execute thoughtful and comprehensive social impact strategies
Conduct regular and thorough research on topics relevant to social impact
Serve as a day-to-day client contact — flagging, triaging, and directly managing issues as they arise
Work with senior management to respond to client requests and ensure requests are handled in a timely and efficient manner
Participate in new business meetings, creating proposals as needed
Stay updated on global news and relevant social impact trends, causes, and best practices to contribute informed recommendations for clients
Create, edit and proofread materials including press releases, decks &, pitches, fact sheets, FAQs, briefing notes, and client correspondence
Develop impactful and trusting relationships with clients
Manage and grow media relationships, as well as author and support content and thought leadership strategy for social impact clients
Collaborate with communications teams to develop compelling narratives and campaigns for existing and prospective clients
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as the division expands its capabilities and offerings
Qualifications:
5+ years experience working on global CSR or ESG efforts or complex social impact initiatives or on issues related to sustainability, SDGs, DE&I or philanthropy
Professional work experience. at an agency/strategic consulting firm or similar setting
Several years experience. building & supporting cross-sector partnerships, programs or campaigns with diverse stakeholders (talent, government champions, private sector partners, philanthropists and/or NGOs)
Experience working on or designing social impact initiatives, issue or policy campaigns or cause partnerships preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Exceptional research capacity, strategy development & critical thinking capacity
Solid decision-making abilities & accountability
Exceptional judgment when working with clients & internal teams
An entrepreneurial spirit; you enjoy over-delivering rather than meeting expectations and take genuine pride in being part of something good
Organized, detail oriented, and able to excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness and ability to work select evenings/weekends and travel
Bilingual (not required but a plus)
