Overview
The Lede Company is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate junior social impact professional to join the Social Impact Division team. The Lede Company is a full-service strategy, communications and impact consulting firm, specializing in corporate, entertainment and nonprofit sectors. The coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the research, communications and project coordination of client projects internal, initiatives and overall division operations.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Social Impact team with the strategy, design, development and management of social impact client projects, partnerships and campaigns
Coordinate workflows across all client accounts, vendors and teams
Support the management of client social impact research, analysis and reporting efforts
Support the development of internal and external issue-focused briefings, decks and presentations for teams, clients or partners
Mange databases, client deliverables and project work plans
Provide robust research, data and policy analysis support for key projects and internal initiatives
Support the development of long-term client partnerships and collaborations
Build on Lede’s commitment to supporting clients who aspire to be a force for good
Support The Lede Company’s internal social impact commitment and related efforts
Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of experience coordinating, managing or supporting teams inside an agency or within a department
Some experience with impact initiatives on issues related to sustainability, the SDGs, sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion or philanthropy
1-2 years of experience building and supporting partnerships, programs or campaigns with diverse stakeholders
Understanding of and a keen interest in the social impact sector, national and international development issues
Proven research abilities on complex initiatives or projects
Experience building proposals, presentations and external-facing resources
Some experience in client relations and partnership building
Excellent written and verbal communication and strong project management skills
Willingness and ability to travel, if needed
Preferred Skills & Experience
Understanding of the US social impact, CSR, and/or philanthropic landscaps
Understanding of core social impact issue areas and the SDGs with some related in-house/agency experience
Past experience working with or within NGOs, civil society and/or policy- or advocacy-related organizations
Bilingual
