The Showroom Intern will support the daily operations of the showroom. In this high volume, customer service support role, the intern will support a range of showroom activities including end-to-end fulfillment processes, inventory tracking, seeding and sampling, and any other facets of the showroom. 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support showroom logistics of all inbound & outbound shipments

  • Work closely with the Brand team to ensure the showroom is always clean, organized and ready for events and client visits (i.e., extra racks, flowers, light catering, miscellaneous decor)

  • Track inventory

  • Support seeding and sampling efforts, as needed

  • Assisting the team in research and ad hoc administrative tasks

  • And other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be an undergraduate junior or senior or recent college graduate

  • Must have a positive attitude, be proactive and have a willingness to learn and help where needed

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Drive essential

  • Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
