Position Purpose:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role would lead in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. You will work to expand Farina’s brand digitally highlighting our product and unique service offerings. The individual in this position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager of Farmina North America and is responsible for tasks as outlined below under responsibilities.
Requirements
· 4+ years of digital marketing experience. Experience with eCommerce a plus.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
· Experience working with managing budgets and forecasting.
· Strong understanding of the social and digital landscape
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Google Analytics, AdWords, Hootsuite, Facebook Ads Manager.
· Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator a plus
· Experience with Mailchimp or similar email platform
· Ability to work independently given direction and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Ability to make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities
· As the Digital Marketing Manager you will lead the execution of Farmina’s digital strategy.
· The role includes planning, executing, and reporting on all digital marketing, including but not limited to email, database retargeting, social media, display advertising campaigns and creative growth strategies across Farmina’s three main channels.
· Create and optimize paid search, paid social, display & retargeting campaigns.
· Manage email marketing activities including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign set-up, tracking, and lead nurturing.
· Optimize our website through analysis of traffic flows, adding/removing/modifying pages from the main site, creating landing pages and more.
· Manage social media strategy and social content distribution channels including an influencer program, collaborating with our Corporate Digital Hub team.
· Assist with backend support of the Farmina website and eShop ecommerce platform and other digital platforms as needed.
· Owning and auditing various digital marketing projects.
· Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices to keep the team appraised on what is working, what's not working and what is happening outside of our brand.
