The Ad Operations Associate position is a key role within the Bold Collective user acquisition team. Our business has grown over the past 12 months and we are looking for someone to help with day to day management of our expanding list of client accounts. You should be good with data, able to solve problems, organized with your time, and exceed client expectations.

The Role:

  • Support execution of new media buying campaigns in various demand side platforms (DSPs)
  • Verify accuracy of campaign reporting across various platforms
  • Coordinate new partner on-boarding and integration 
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve ad tracking issues
  • Assist Media Buyers with day-to-day management of media campaigns
  • Manage relationships with external media vendors
  • Collect and analyze data to inform buying decisions


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, previous account management experience a plus
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Google Suite
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to visualize data to tell a story
