Role: we are seeking an experienced Ad-tech Operation Lead to join our Ad Operations team. The role requires an in-depth understanding about the mobile digital advertising industry, as well as a solid background in operating and managing multiple ad platforms and marketing solutions. The Ad-tech Operation Lead will be the owner of our ad serving platforms and fraud detection tools and strategies. 

Work you will do:

  • Be the Technical Point of Contact for our Account Management team, participating in client meetings when necessary to explain our ad-tech solution and suggest customized solutions to key clients.

  • Be responsible for onboarding new clients in terms of technical operation such as implementing server-to-server postback and testing before launch.

  • Be responsible for new platform integration when needed such as server-to-server integration and API integration.

  • Be the owner of our ticketing system for operation management; operate and manage day-to-day campaign operations such as pixel, tag and tracking URLs, review the quality of campaign setup. 

  • Troubleshoot discrepancy issues between ad platforms; collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical and operational problems when necessary. 

  • Control platform usage costs such as AWS hosting fee, click cost, impression cost. 

  • Manage ad fraud detection tool and strategy. 

  • Partner with Publisher Management team to reach campaign’s KPI such as executing blacklist/whitelist. 

  • Maintain the system up-to-date to industry standards. 

  • Conduct SKAdnetwork test and SKAdnetwork campaign strategies.

  • Manage the reporting automation system, initiate and design a new template/dashboard for reporting when necessary.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to analyze mobile user behaviors, and come up with insights for ad bidding. 

About you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising operation, experience in mobile adtech and programmatic advertising is a plus.

  • Have experience in conducting ad platform integration such as server-to-server or API integration.

  • Familiarity with MMPs such as Appsflyer, Branch, Kochava, Adjust is a must.

  • Familiarity with partner marketing platforms such as Everflow, Affise, HasOffer, or similar is a must. 

  • Familiarity with fraud detection tools such as Forensiq, 24 Metrics, mFilterit, Scalar, or similar is a plus.

  • Experience working with tracking URLs, tags and pixels. 

  • Strong data analytical skills (such as Vlookup, Pivot Table) is a must. 

  • You are highly organized and detail oriented. 

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset. You have hands-on problem solving skills, enjoy investigating and troubleshooting.

  • You are a team player that values collaboration and support. 

Nice to have:

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to simple terms for our key clients as you will be the bridge between our engineers and clients. 

  • Ability to use HTML and Python

  • Prior experience with DSP, SSP, Ad Exchange, Ad Mediation or any RTB aspect. 

  • Prior experience with SKAdnetwork / ATT / IOS 14.5+

  • Prior experience in setting up a standard A/B testing.
