Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top candidates through researching and sourcing for candidates

  • Focus primarily on sourcing, attracting, and engaging passive prospects in a highly competitive market

  • Collaborate with Recruiting and the business on sourcing strategy & talent needs

  • Qualifying candidates for experience and cultural fit

  • Build relationships with individuals and with pools of talent in support of current and future hiring needs


Qualifications: 


  • Prior experience defining and executing sourcing strategies to engage and activate passive talent through multiple channels

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple positions

  • Experience screening resumes and matching qualifications

  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with Recruiters and hiring managers

  • Intellectual curiosity around technology, business, and industry

  • Track record of success building a bench of top talent
