Reporting to Cabin Juice’s General Manager, you’ll work to help lead the property’s approach to all things Food & Beverage, building Breck’s most welcoming dining experience.

More About You:

  • You’ve helped lead restaurant bar operations within a fast-moving, high-growth, high-standards environment, with at least 1 year experience in a bar lead role.

  • You are passionate about beverage culture and have a very strong understanding of cocktails, wine and beer.

  • You are a hands-on leader and can jump into a variety of roles as needed.

  • You set an example that service team members can aspire to in terms of appearance, professionalism, hospitality, knowledge, and work ethic.

  • You're a resourceful, self-motivated leader who’s comfortable navigating ambiguity and carving a new path with minimal direction.

  • You have demonstrated success in a high-expectation service program in the food & beverage and/or hospitality industry.

  • You’re able to adapt dynamically to shifting internal and external conditions.

  • You have strong leadership acumen that you use to align culture and standards initiatives with the company’s overall strategic direction.

  • You have excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with team members and community members. 

  • You’re a true team player who can set your ego aside and find win-for-all solutions.

  • You have an appreciation for and commitment to the outdoors, sustainability, and your own personal growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager, collaborating to realize the company’s vision, mission, and goals.

  • Develop, implement, and iterate on programs and initiatives aimed at culture-building, employee training and development, service standards, menu creation, expense and cost management, all with an eye toward affirming the company’s cultural and fiscal successes as well as the value of its member experience.

  • De a driving force behind the bar, acting as a source of “constant, gentle pressure”, coaching team members on a daily basis towards an unmatched service experience.

  • Inventory and maintain bar supply.

  • Opening and closing duties for a 7 day a week breakfast, lunch, dinner operation.

  • Create and execute a proprietary cocktail program with forward thinking new creations and perfectly executedcs . 

  • Assist in the execution and promoting of member events for our GH community.

This role is a full-time on-property position, with community relationships being key to success. The Cabin Juice team should feel fully supported and led by you. The Breck community should hold you in high regard and because of such, see Gravity Haus Breck as a local pillar of the community.

Requirements for Success:

Very strong knowledge of classic/modern classic cocktails

• Unique cocktail creation

• Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
