We're looking for a competent and motivated Sous Chef to join Executive Chef Josiah Gordon and F&B Director Kyle Blekicki on a quest to craft Breck's most authentic, elevated casual dining experience at the number 1 rated Colorado hotel by Conde Nast's readers choice awards 2021. Gravity Haus Breckenridge is looking for an experienced sous chef to join our team of adventure lovers looking to provide enlightened hospitality to our members and guests. Must be instrumental in menu development, staff training, food orders, elevated food presentation and prep management. Primary responsibilities include maintaining the PM kitchen staff and food quality for dinner shifts.
