Essential Job Functions


·         Flexible operational readiness/ project travel readiness/ working hours flexibility.

·         Comply with location specifications, quality standards, work instructions, and work safety.

·         Prepare hazard assessments and workplace related work instructions.

·         Comply with regulations and cleanliness of the respective on-site test and office areas.

·         Lead and discipline of the staff

·         Ensure daily recording and transfer of working hours.

·         Coordinate team leaders and assess the employees that are in collaboration with the team leaders.

·         Be the contact for customers in all matters.

·         Process customer complaints

·         Coordinate rework and sorting campaigns

·         Plan testing equipment needs for new projects.

·         Plan all necessary resources (personnel and equipment) for respective projects.

·         Monitor holidays, overtime, time-off, and scheduling of employees at the site.

·         Ensure all quality standards are met.

·         Computer literate; skillful with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook

·         Inspect and/or rework parts/assemblies visually and/or with inspection equipment.

·         Responsible for final inspection for all assigned products

·         Ability to work within a team and manage teams.

·         Ability to train and supervise.

·         Participate in meetings.
