Our mission is to make email better by spreading DMARC everywhere, but at our core, we’re people helping people.

Our Marketing Team is focused on demystifying email and letting people know how it can be made safer by using open-standard protocols that we advocate and support. We’ve developed a robust inbound channel over the past decade, and you can help us expand our outbound channel.  We work in a progressive, remote-first, asynchronous environment and have adopted a horizontal hierarchy where we work without the traditional top-down pressure of management layers. 

As our Digital Marketing Associate, your focus will be on helping us spread the word about  DMARC by providing insights while curating our SEO and PPC campaigns, shepherding our social media presence and being the coordinator of our email campaigns and other digital outreach efforts

  • Organized. You’re detail-oriented and capable of managing and prioritizing concurrent projects in an asynchronous environment.

  • Communicator. Working remotely will be an opportunity for your communication skills to shine not only in our social media posts, but as you interact with your colleagues via email, instant messaging and virtual meetings. 

  • Storyteller. You can interpret the analytics of pageviews and open rates of our various websites (,, to help us tell a story so we can better understand how our efforts are impacting company goals.

  • Curious. Curiosity drives you and you have a belief in change. You’re driven to learn about DMARC and its supportive technologies.

  • Empathetic. You’ve researched us and you resonate with our culture and values. With the capacity to acknowledge and resolve problems, you practice empathy and patience with coworkers.

  • Experienced. A strong preference will be given to those with experience in cybersecurity or SaaS. We’re looking for folks who have worked with the following:

    • Wordpress

    • Google Analytics (GA4) and PPC campaigns, including producing monthly reports and dashboards for select KPIs.

    • Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn in a management/administrative capacity

    • SendGrid (or similar email platform) with experience in coordinating campaigns

    • Copywriting and copyediting


  • Manage our social media presence by drafting and scheduling posts with a consistent tempo.

  • Monitor our digital marketing efforts, including monitoring and reporting on Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4).

  • Ensure that our content (web pages and blog posts) is optimized to preserve and nurture our strong SEO ranking.

  • Assist with building content in WordPress.

  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes as we introduce enhancements and new products and services.

  • Assist the Marketing Team with copywriting, proofreading, and other projects as needed.

Role Objectives

  • Continue to nourish and grow our social media presence.

  • Coordinate and report on GA4, PPC and email campaign analytics.

  • Assist Marketing’s efforts in creating awareness and understanding of DMARC and its supportive technologies to a wide range of audiences.
