As our Human Resources Coordinator, you will be part of a growing organization and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Our Human Resources Coordinator is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. You will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding and talent management. People are our most important asset, and you'll help us ensure we have fulfilled, productive employees aligned with our mission-focused goals.

    • Two (2+) plus years of prior experience obtaining knowledge of principles and practices of human resources is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year-to-year basis.

    • Recruiting talent for open positions

    • Working knowledge of Google Workspace

    • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

    • Setting up and overseeing the interview processes

    • Managing hiring and onboarding processes

    • Understanding of SOC2 controls

    • Employee security awareness training

    • Employment verification

    • Deep understanding of employee relationships and staffing management 

    • Advocacy with a strength-based performance feedback approach


Responsibilities:


  • Administer and maintain employee record systems to include compensation, performance management, and security and privacy compliance controls.

  • Perform routine audit of records to ensure record retention compliance.

  • Assist in benefits data administration including activation and termination in third-party systems.

  • Assist as an internal recruiter with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.

  • Coordinate and schedule annual security awareness training, onboarding meetings, mentorships, and other training sessions.

  • Coordinate new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry, workman's compensation, employee systems access, and distribution of computer equipment.

  • Maintain HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.

  • Coordinate with the Billing Department and third-party accounting firms to ensure input and processing of payroll, expense reimbursements, salary updates, and issued benefit assets.

  • Assist with company audits for SOC2 and ISO certifications.

  • Update HR and leadership team on current employee count, terminations, new hires, assets, and similar metrics.

  • Assist with performance review and termination processes.

  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
