Marketing Coordinator

Our mission is to make email better by spreading DMARC everywhere, but at our core, we’re people helping people.

Our Marketing team is focused on demystifying email and letting people know how it can be made safer using open-standard protocols that we advocate and support. We’ve developed a robust inbound channel over the past decade and are expanding our outbound channel while continuing to provide highly regarded, useful content, including thought leadership pieces. We work in a remote-first, asynchronous environment. 

As our Marketing Coordinator, your focus will be on helping us demystify DMARC by developing graphic assets, helping with copyediting and shepherding our digital marketing efforts. You will also find innovative ways of educating users about our DMARC Management Platform and the professional services we offer.

  • Organized. You’re detail-oriented and capable of managing and prioritizing concurrent projects in an asynchronous environment.

  • Communicator. Working remotely will be an opportunity for your communication skills to shine not only through the content you help create, but also as you interact with your colleagues via email, instant messaging and virtual meetings. 

  • Curious. Curiosity drives you and you have a belief in change. You’re driven to learn about DMARC and its supportive technologies.

  • Empathetic. You’ve researched us and you resonate with our culture and values. With the capacity to acknowledge and resolve problems, you can practice empathy and patience with coworkers.

  • Experienced. A strong preference will be given to those with experience in cybersecurity, IT or education. We’re looking for folks who have worked with the following:

    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

    • Wordpress

    • Google Analytics

    • Basic knowledge of Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn

    • Bonus points if you’ve designed and deployed email campaigns


  • Manage our social media presence by drafting and scheduling posts with a consistent tempo.

  • Create visual collateral, including web graphics, presentation templates, flyers and explainer illustrations

  • Assist in monitoring our digital marketing efforts, including monitoring Google Ads and generating reports in Google Analytics.

  • Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve processes and collateral as we introduce enhancements and new products and services.

  • Assist the Marketing Team with copywriting, proofreading, Wordpress maintenance, and other projects as needed.

Role Objectives

  • Help maintain and cultivate visual consistency across our marketing collateral (email campaigns, social media postings, presentations, website, trade show presence).

  • Continue to nourish and grow our social media presence.

  • Assist Marketing’s efforts in creating awareness and understanding of DMARC and its supportive technologies to a wide range of audiences.
