_{We’re officially on the search for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to lead the timely processing of our accounts receivable transactions. The AR Specialist will track payments and resolve and discrepancies to support the financial operations of GHOST. They will provide financial insights, tackle miscellaneous accounting projects, and manage invoice and payment platforms.}  

 

_{The Deets:} 

• _{Enter daily sales batches and deposits from GHOST website sales, supporting several different payment methods (PayPal, Direct Deposit, Sezzle).}
• _{Work closely with GHOST Marketing and GHOST Customer Service during product launches to support accuracy of new product information in NetSuite Accounting Software.}
• _{Prepare sales orders and invoices to Wholesaler Customers (Domestic and International) and ensure the accuracy of customer pricing and unit quantity.}
• _{Create and maintain customer accounts and customer pricing.}
• _{Post customer payments by recording cash and credit card transactions.  Work with customers and provide monthly statements of open A/R.  Ensure that customers are paying within their terms.}
• _{Prepare analyses of accounts and produce weekly/monthly reports to assist with cash flow forecasts and open accounts receivable.} 

 

_{The Requirements:}

• _{Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study (or the equivalent experience)}
• _{3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivables}
• _{Experience working within an ERP - NetSuite preferred, but not required}
• _{Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel}
• _{Strong organizational and attention to detail skills}
• _{Ability to move from task to task with ease/multi-tasking}
• _{Strong problem solving & analysis skills}
