If you’re looking for an opportunity to have a major impact on a product, this is the opportunity for you.  You will be responsible for a wide array of responsibilities including, but not limited to, developing new features, performance optimizations, build and bundle optimizations, resolving bugs and writing unit tests for our Vue web application.  You will be a crucial part of a growing software engineering team with members of all levels of experience, giving you an opportunity to share your knowledge and experience while contributing to a worthwhile project.  You will be a part of the ongoing effort to constantly improve the user experience on our consumer-facing web application, as well as our web-based internal tools that our internal stakeholders rely on.

 

You will be working alongside our Design & Product teams as well as developers, which will provide you with constant support in your efforts to overcome blockers, achieve successful sprints and produce high quality user experiences for our users.  You will be in a position to provide feedback to our Product and Design teams as a web development SME, and your ideas will help shape the future of our Parler web products.  

 

Requirements:

+ Deep knowledge of Web best practices

+ Deep knowledge of Vue & Vue 3 best practices, specs, etc.

+ Minimum of 6 years working on production web development projects

+ Minimum of 4 years working on production Vue projects

+ Minimum of 2 years working on enterprise level Vue projects

+ Experience writing Unit Tests for Vue

+ Deep knowledge of the Redux pattern and VUEX

+ Deep knowledge of the Vue router and routing system

 

Bonus Skills/Experiences:

+ An understanding of localization principles

+ An understanding of ADA compliance
