VP of Business Development – NFT Business

 

Parlement Technologies, Inc. is seeking a VP of Business Development to be the dedicated business operations owner and business development manager for our growing NFT business. Your focus will be on our DeepRedSky.io NFT marketplace with responsibilities ranging from building the team to working with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to create unique and attractive products for our customers.  

Our organization is still in the start-up phase which will require a hands-on leader who is ready to jump in where and when, as needed. We’re seeking a business development leader with excellent business acumen to help us with this build out!

  

The role:

·         Create business development strategies that lead to creative NFT product lines, NFT sales, as well as other growth opportunities.

·         Network, develop business opportunities, and create a growing portfolio of customers

·         Hire a team and create an organizational structure built for rapid growth

·         Work closely with teammates to prioritize and strategize campaigns.

·         Professionally represent DeepRedSky.io and its offerings to high profile customers

·         Collaborate with Marketing to develop NFT products and strategy.

·         Partner with Product Management to prioritize new (and existing) business while balancing short and long-term needs as well as the product roadmap

·         Ensure your team's success by removing roadblocks, addressing conflicts, and instituting best practices

·         Communicate and collaborate with customers, partners, and vendors on technical details (including sales and marketing and branding strategies)

·         Set and create  team financial and development goals

 


Skills we’re looking for:

·         10+ years of experience in Business Development

·         5+ Years of experience in Business Operations or strategic role “at the table” with an executive team

·         Negotiation skills!

·         Ability to build out a business strategy before executing (ready, fire, aim is not our way…but you MUST be able to move very quickly from plan to execution phase)

·         Knowledge of the social media industry.

·         Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

·         Self-motivated.

·         Proven track record of success

·         Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills via phone, video conference and in-person.

·         Proven Networking aptitude.
