Job Summary

This Project Manager role will focus on planning and executing activities designed to achieve technology service provider best practices as embedded in frameworks such as SOC2, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP. Oversees projects by working closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project delivery meeting all business needs, project requirements and deadlines. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and managing project schedules, identifying, and mitigating project risks, identifying, and resolving project issues, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully.

Job Duties

● Lead compliance/certification related projects from start to finish, working with teammates from various departments ● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and budget ● Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis ● Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ● Design and control the project kick-off process and ensures customer requirements are met within a detailed statement of work ● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with other staff members ● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques ● Communicate the overall project progress to senior stakeholders ● Ensure project plan is aligned with department resources and company objectives ● Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical, and effectively deploy mitigation plans ● Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals ● Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary ● Manage large and diverse teams ● Evaluate and assess the result of the project ● Travel as required ● Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements ● 5 - 7 years of proven working experience in project management Bodyworn.com 250 E. Successful completion of one or more audits / certifications is highly preferred. ● Problem solving skills ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills ● Capacity to manage high-stress situations ● Attention to detail ● Conflict resolution skills ● PMI certification highly preferred (PMP/CAPM)   ● Technical or Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience ● Proficiency in project management software tools such as Monday.com and NetSuite ● Able to understand, track, develop and maintain project-based budgets ● Able to grasp technical subjects and communicate customer’s technical requirements to Engineers and other subject-matter-experts Physical Requirements ● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear ● The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds ● Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
