Job Summary

This Project Manager role will focus on planning and executing activities designed to achieve technology service provider best practices as embedded in frameworks such as SOC2, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP. Oversees projects by working closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure successful project delivery meeting all business needs, project requirements and deadlines. The Project Manager is responsible for creating and managing project schedules, identifying, and mitigating project risks, identifying, and resolving project issues, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully.

Job Duties

● Lead compliance/certification related projects from start to finish, working with teammates from various departments ● Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects ● Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and budget ● Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis ● Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs ● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation ● Design and control the project kick-off process and ensures customer requirements are met within a detailed statement of work ● Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with other staff members ● Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques ● Communicate the overall project progress to senior stakeholders ● Ensure project plan is aligned with department resources and company objectives ● Define and assess project risks, both technical and non-technical, and effectively deploy mitigation plans ● Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals ● Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary ● Manage large and diverse teams ● Evaluate and assess the result of the project ● Travel as required ● Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements ● 5 - 7 years of proven working experience in project management Bodyworn.com 250 E.
