Great Western is quickly becoming a leader in the pre-engineered building industry, we were founded in 2016 by a small team of experienced professionals.

Great Western is proud that not only have we had zero lay-offs due to the national crises we are currently expanding and looking to bring on 5-7 new sales professionals. This is an exciting time.

This is an entry level position, and does not require any specific experience. As a company, we promote from within and will have leadership positions available as we continue to grow. This is a rare chance to join us while the company is growing rapidly, and a chance to develop a new career in the steel construction industry.

You will be trained on our product and processes and will be on the phones to begin making sales within 2 - 4 days.

We provide our sales reps with 10-12 new leads per day. This is NOT a cold calling job. Every one of our leads has contacted our company and requested for us to provide them with information and pricing.

This is a W2 position with a guaranteed hourly wage, and a generous benefits package is offered after 90 days.

No sales experience required but you should feel comfortable speaking with customers and helping them in their search for their dream building. In the last 90 days we've had several new employees start with no sales experience, and receive between $3-6k on their first paycheck.
