Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance from supervisor on prioritization of tasks. Solves problems of limited scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of well-defined procedures and practices. Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dumping, filling and packaging raw powder materials and finished goods
- Labeling and packaging nutritional products in accordance with GMPs, plant safety, quality and manufacturing guidelines;
- Performing and documenting routine quality checks in accordance with the work order and SOPs;
- Recording information on approved documents.
- Resolving problems and make routine recommendations;
- Cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining a safe and clean work factory;
- Performing a wide variety of assembly operations;
- Setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machines;
- Other duties such as lifting and stacking packages on pallets, placing labels on packages, and putting data sheets with product;
- Other duties as assigned.

Line of Reporting
The Production Line Operator reports directly to the Operations Supervisor.
Schedule (two shifts below but have some flexibility with days)
Monday - Thursday 6a - 4:30p
Friday - Sunday 6a-6p at shift differential rate of 1.111%
