Position Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to making offers. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a recruiting strategy that meets those needs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with candidates and creating a positive candidate experience.

Position Information

  • Location:  Remote

  • Salary: 85k - 97.5k

  • Terms:  Full Time

  • Reports to: Human Resources Director                      




Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies that meet the needs of the business

  • Source and qualify candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, events and networking

  • Create and revise job descriptions; verify our digital presence as well as offline accessibility

  • Managing external recruiting agencies and 3rd party talent acquisition partners

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and experience

  • Make hiring recommendations to hiring managers

  • Produce reports on recruitment, including metrics like time to fill and cost per hire

  • Provide support tasks related to onboarding new employees


Qualifications

  • Proven demonstrated ability to develop talent acquisition processes and strategies

  • Proven experience recruiting for field service positions, operations, and technical roles. 

  • Bachelor's degree  in human resources, business, or a related field OR TA/HR related certification

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a tech start-up environment

  • Strong understanding of the recruiting process

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven demonstrated ability to develop talent acquisition processes and strategies

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
