Position Description

Charger Help! Inc is growing and we are looking for a resourceful, highly qualified, passionate Program Manager to join our team.  The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate varying CH! projects and programs; ensuring these projects and programs meet business goals and advance the CH! culture.  This person will organize various programs and activities to improve organizational efficiencies, build long-term goals for company projects and develop program and project budgets.  A natural leader, the Program Manager will have a strong talent for strategizing and implementing high-level program initiatives for project coordination and delegation.   Ultimately, the Program Manager will execute initiatives that optimize CH! productivity and nurtures program success from inception to completion.  

Position Information

  • Location:  Remote with preference for Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; or Baltimore, MD

  • Salary: 140k - 160k 

  • Terms:  Full Time

  • Reports to: CEO                      

  • Travel is required up to 25%

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with CH! leaders and relevant stakeholders and ensure they align with CH! strategic goals.

  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.

  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communications to produce scope, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.

  • Oversee and manage program deadlines, budgets, and activities.

  • Manage program risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize program impact.

  • Organize daily activities based on Program Management goals and objectives.

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, implementing changes and improvements as necessary.

  • Identify challenges/issues, troubleshoot effectively, and escalate unresolved program issues in a timely manner to the appropriate level of management.


  • 5+ years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management.

  • Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization.

  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Experience in managing stakeholders.

  • Strong customer service experience and focus.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing.

  • Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

  • Solid understanding of business operations, budget management, and financial analysis.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software

  • Experience in proposal writing.

  • Strong command of modern technology (MS Office, Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom,
