Position Description

Charger Help! Inc is growing.  We are expanding our reach and growing our impact in the electric vehicle industry.  To continue along this trajectory, we are looking for a creative Campaign Specialist Manager to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various marketing campaigns for a range of CH! products and services. The Campaign Specialist Manager will be responsible for hiring and briefing external agencies and freelancers, monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the campaign’s ROI.  This person will develop and execute effective marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.  

Position Information

  • Location:  Remote with preference for Los Angeles, CA; New York, NY; or Baltimore, MD

  • Salary: 80k - 100k

  • Terms:  Full Time

  • Reports to: VP, Field Service Ops (TBD) / Field Service Manager                       

  • Travel is required up to 25%



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with CH! business objectives, creates leads, connects with the intended target audience, and ultimately results in new customer acquisition.

  • Recruit, brief and manage contract or freelance staff to work on campaigns.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary in order to optimize results.

  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform campaign strategies and tactics.

  • Organize and lead strategic planning discussions with respective CH! stakeholders to define marketing campaigns, and consult on best practices and marketing operations requirements.

  • Liase with customer stakeholders to collect campaign requirements and assets, and share with CH! Product and sales staff to ensure efficient production cycles.

  • Provide quality assurance on marketing campaign assets (e.g. landing pages, emails, and forms) per documented requirements and CH! standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and seamlessly across multiple CH! channels.  

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising with a focus on campaign management and execution.

  • Strong in-depth knowledge of running B2B and B2C campaigns.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.

  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project plans.

  • A great understanding of current marketing trends.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience managing campaign planning efforts and content creation.

  • Strong command of modern technology (MS Office, Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, Monday.com)
