Team Plumbing is looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role will also include maintaining builder’s schedules, and other common office duties.
Duties for this position will include working closely with the owner, chief operation officer, office manager, and field supervisors to create and analyze financial reports and ensure compliance, process accounts receivable, and manage invoicing. The ideal candidate has a background in finance, is familiar with QuickBooks, is proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, and is comfortable with working on the internet.
Ultimately, the responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company and maintain a working schedule.
Requirements
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principals
- Proven ability to calculate and manage financial records
- Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
- Hands on experience with spreadsheets
- Proficient in MS Office & QuickBooks
- Customer service and people skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Balance and reconcile accounts
- Maintain the general ledger
- Maintain records by filing documents

Salary: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
