About LineSlip Solutions LineSlip Solutions is a SaaS company that helps commercial insurance buyers and brokers unlock the power of their insurance data. We are a fast-growing team building modern software for a historically underserved market, and we are looking for a sharp, organized PM to help us ship faster and smarter.
The Role We are hiring a full-time Project Manager (40+ hrs/week) to own coordination and delivery tracking across our product, engineering, and data science teams.
You will be the connective tissue across our teams making sure the right people have the right information, blockers get resolved quickly, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will not own the product roadmap or make technical decisions. You will own execution, visibility, and communication.
What You'll Do
- Drive delivery of our highest-priority initiatives
- Maintain project trackers across product, data science, and development workstreams
- Run or facilitate daily standups; capture actions and decisions
- Manage cross-functional dependencies between engineering, product, operations, customer success, and marketing
- Produce a weekly one-page status report for leadership every Friday
- Escalate blockers proactively — no surprises
- Communicate project status to non-technical stakeholders in plain language
- Design and scale our project management processes as the team grows
Reporting Structure: you will report directly to the Head of Product Management, with close day-to-day working relationships with the Heads of Product Strategy, Data Science, and Development.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong English communication — written and verbal (required; most stakeholders are US-based)
- Hands-on experience with project/task management tools. Craft.io for product and roadmap management, and Azure DevOps (or comparable Microsoft developer tools) for engineering work item tracking — experience with both is preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls
- Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams
- PMP designation required
- PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications are a plus, not a requirement
Logistics
- Hours: 40+ hrs/week, full-time
- Location: LATAM (remote) — time zone overlap with US Eastern hours required for standups and syncs
