In this role, you will be asked to:
- Provide technical consultative assistance to the sales associates during the sales process to accurately assess customer needs and determine the appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sales and management to create and implement product support plans to assist in revenue growth for the territories and product families you support
- Create and develop presentation slides, application notes, simulators and material to promote Hioki’s key product capabilities and competitive differentiation
- Identify, evaluate and recommend market opportunities consistent with Hioki’s product line
- Provide product training to internal sales associates, sales representatives, distributors and users
- Investigate competitors and understand how to sell against them with our unique values
Qualifications:
- 0 - 5 years of experience in electronics design, applications or test and measurement field
- Proficient with test and measurement instrument such as data acquisition equipment, power analyzers and LCR meters
- Able to travel in short notice
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar technical field
- Experience in ETAS, AVL, dSPACE, Horiba and other MBD tools is highly valued
- Ability to participate in occasional evening overseas conference calls
