What You’ll Be Doing in Customer Experience (75%):

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships throughout their entire lifecycle, from post-sales engagement to successful implementation and ongoing account management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach in all phases of the customer journey
  • Lead regularly scheduled customer meetings to comprehensively review software or services usage, analytics, and return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize the customer experience and drive value for our customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions
  • Oversee and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all software updates
  • Effectively manage a backlog of customer requests, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and priorities
  • Contribute to the development of a strategic product roadmap by integrating customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted upselling campaigns and promotional strategies

 

What You’ll Be Doing as Clinical Pharmacist (25%):

  • Provide backup coverage for clinical pharmacy tele-services when needed per scheduling including:
    • Tele-antimicrobial stewardship programs
    • Tele-OPAT programs
    • Clinical support for ID providers with pharmacotherapy questions
  • Have the opportunity to:
    • Provide assistance with antimicrobial stewardship monthly newsletter editing/writing
    • Participate in the development of educational materials for antimicrobial stewardship and infectious diseases as needed
    • Provide support for quality improvement projects and initiatives both internal and external
    • Participate in academic efforts including presenting and/or speaking at conferences and authoring manuscripts

 

 

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • B.S. degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D.) from an accredited School of Pharmacy required
  • Strongly prefer Infectious Diseases (ID) experience or ID Fellowship training
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Experience implementing and configuring health information software platforms or clinical decision support tooling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time through organization and attention to details
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
  • Effective verbal and written skills, including presenting
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office, visual design tools, collaboration tools
  • A passion for working with people and improving patient outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
