What you will be doing:

·         Key member of the infrastructure support team – supporting Windows and Mac users, deploying and managing user workstations in a remote working environment.

·         Administration of our Office 365 environment, specifically:

o   Exchange

o   Teams

o   SharePoint

o   InTune

·         Troubleshooting external video conferencing issues by coordinating with onsite IT and vendor resources

·         Handles user administration for software and security across the team

·         Deploys and configures technologies and corresponding software to desktops and Linux-based servers

·         Supports security processes across the organization

·         Establishes and maintains appropriate end-user access controls for data within Office 365

·         Researches and makes recommendations on products, services, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts

·         Owns inventory management for internal and external users

What you will bring:

Educational and Knowledge Requirements

      ·         Either 4-year College Degree or equivalent work experience

·         3+ years total experience supporting internal users in an enterprise environment

·         Windows 10

·         Mac OS 10.15,11,12

·         Office 365 administration (Account Management, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, security & privacy policies, etc)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

·         Linux administration experience

·         Experience with cloud ecosystems such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud

·         Experience in a healthcare or related IT environment

·         Experience working in regulated compliance environments

·         Candidates in the Eastern Time zone strongly preferred.
