What You'll Be Doing: Job Description:

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will help ID Connect (IDC) execute numerous business-to-business (B2B) multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be our day-to-day executional marketing automation platform (MAP) expert – leading our Pardot operations and spearheading our MAP improvement efforts. Your primary focus will be on digital demand generation by using your operational know-how and your analytics first mind set.  In supporting our growing marketing team in the creation of best-in-class B2B campaigns, you will help build and refine our customer and prospect records, implement campaigns, produce marketing analytics, our digital campaign strategies. Additionally, you will become our event execution lead and assure IDC’s participation in any external conferences creates a buzz and helps fill our pipeline with viable contacts and opportunities. In this role, you will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. You will also have a great deal in interaction with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, Sales professionals, and many other members of the broader internal and external IDC team. 

Primary Responsibilities:

·     Use ID Connect’s MAP (Marketing Cloud/Pardot) with proficiency to help deliver numerous multi-channel marketing campaigns.

·     Report on marketing campaign performance metrics and ROI data.

·     Provide B2B contact enrichment support, e.g., list building, formatting, and scrubbing for use in our multi-channel marketing campaigns.

·     Ensure that IDC’s digital and print graphics are appropriately included in landing pages, email sequences, sales enablement materials, and social media posts.

·     Help update and refresh the website and execute social campaigns – paid and organic.

·     Work closely with our internal SFDC users to assure our SFDC information is up to date and segmented appropriately for use in our B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns.

·     Help drive our annual conference calendar and event participation decisions. Additionally, you will lead all tactical execution activities related to ID Connect’s attendance at conferences and our own hosted events. You will be our meeting organization chief, book our exhibits, recommend giveaways, source, and maintain all our exhibiting related materials.

·     Ensures IDC attendees are well prepared for each conference and lead all post-conference debrief activities to help us continually improve IDC’s ability to generate leads from any conferences the company attends.

·     Execute all projects within stated parameters – time and budget. Handle reviews/approvals and other internal employee reviews associated with any project you may lead.

·     Take responsibility for helping to assure the accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing information you communicate or disseminate.

·     Support IDC’s brand standards in all IDC marketing materials.

What You'll Bring: Desired Experience, Qualities, and Skills:

·      A bachelor's degree.

·      A minimum of three years of marketing or communications experience focused on digital campaign operational design and delivery.

·      At least 3 years of firsthand experience successfully using and improving an integrated MAP like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo. Prior Pardot specific experience is a huge bonus.

·      A minimum of 3 years of experience planning and executing live events.

·      An analytic mindset with deep spreadsheet knowledge.

·      Google analytics proficiency.

·      Keen attention to detail.

·      Excellent time management skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines including the ability to shift priorities quickly.

·      Ability to communicate and collaborate with a broad range of people, including fellow marketing colleagues, external agencies, salespeople, and product managers.

·      Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.

·      Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.

·      A degree of familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Vimeo.

·      Excels when working as part of a team and as a sole contributor.

·      A desire to learn about healthcare.

·      A creative problem solver who is willing to learn new things and likes to make work fun.

Location:

Residency in the Pittsburgh area preferred, as sending materials to and from various conferences and events will require you to physically visit our corporate offices in Cranberry Township, PA.  However, if you are a super star with all the right skills and talent, we will consider a remote working set-up with some travel required for events and in-person work session with other members of the commercial team.
