What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will help ID Connect (IDC) execute numerous business-to-business (B2B) multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will be our day-to-day executional marketing automation platform (MAP) expert – leading our Pardot operations and spearheading our MAP improvement efforts. Your primary focus will be on digital demand generation by relying on your operational know-how and your analytics first mind set. In supporting our growing marketing team in the creation of best-in-class B2B campaigns, you will help build and refine our customer and prospect records, implement campaigns, produce marketing analytics, design digital campaign assets. You will also be our event execution lead, assuring that IDC’s participation in any external conferences creates a buzz and helps fill the top of our pipeline with viable contacts and opportunities. In this role, you will report directly to our Senior Manager of Content Marketing. You will also have a great deal of interaction with the Chief Marketing Officer and other members of the broader internal and external IDC team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Use ID Connect’s MAP (Marketing Cloud/Pardot) with proficiency to help deliver numerous multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Report on marketing campaign performance metrics and ROI data.

• Provide B2B contact enrichment support, e.g., list building, and cleansing for use in our multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Correctly use IDC’s graphic assets in landing pages, email sequences, sales enablement materials, and social media posts.

• Help update and refresh the IDC website and schedule/execute social posts.

• Work closely with our internal SFDC users to assure our contact and lead information is up to date and segmented appropriately for use in our B2B multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Lead the tactical execution activities related to ID Connect’s attendance at conferences. You will be our meeting organization chief, book our exhibits, recommend giveaways, source and maintain all exhibiting related materials.

• Ensure that IDC attendees are well prepared for each conference and assure we complete debrief activities following a conference to help us continually improve IDC’s ability to generate leads from any conferences the company attends.

• Execute all projects within stated parameters – time and budget – including the handling of reviews/approvals and other internal employee reviews associated with a project.

• Take responsibility for the accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing information that you communicate or disseminate. • Support IDC’s brand standards in all IDC marketing materials.

What You’ll Bring: Desired Experience, Qualities, and Skills:

• A bachelor's degree.

• A minimum of one year of marketing or communications experience with a focus on digital campaign operational design and delivery.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience successfully using and improving an integrated MAP like HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketo. Prior Pardot experience is a huge bonus.

• A minimum of one year of experience helping plan and execute live events.

• An analytics mindset with spreadsheet knowledge.

• Google analytics familiarity.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven record of meeting deadlines including the ability to shift priorities quickly.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with a broad range of people, including fellow marketing colleagues, professional agencies, salespeople, and product managers.

• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress.

• Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge.

• Some familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Vimeo.

• Project Management experience or a desire to learn about marketing-related project management. • Excels when working as part of a team and as a sole contributor.

• A desire to learn about healthcare.

• A creative problem solver who is willing to learn and likes to make work fun.

Location: Residence in the Pittsburgh area preferred, as sending materials to and from various conferences and events will require you to physically visit our corporate offices in Cranberry Township, PA. However, if you are a super star with all the right skills and talent, we will consider a remote working set-up with travel requirements for events and in-person work sessions with the other members of the marketing team.
