What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for supporting clients throughout the implementation process
  • Ensure a successful experience and adoption post go live
  • Lead weekly project meetings with clients and manage implementation timelines
  • Provide subject matter expertise in the software platforms, configuration capabilities, and clinical workflow
  • Lead end-user training sessions remotely or onsite for clients
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional capacity with internal teams
  • Provide feedback from clients for product development
  • Assist in user-acceptance testing for configuration and feature enhancements
  • Troubleshoot issues with clients and provide solutions
  • Transition clients to the customer success team and provide support as needed post implementation


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline such as nursing, medical lab or pharmacy technician or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years implementing and configuring health information software platforms or relevant clinical experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time through organization and attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written skills, including presenting
  • A demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office, visual design tools, collaboration tools
  • A Passion for working with people and improving patient outcomes
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
