Precision Safe Sidewalks is a rapidly growing, privately held corporation that offers a patented repair service to assist municipalities and privately owned properties in managing their sidewalk infrastructure. We help our customers meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and manage their sidewalk assets to make them safer by reducing trip and fall liabilities.
We are seeking individuals to join our business teams in New York. Our service is a new technology and a green building practice offered exclusively by Precision Safe Sidewalks. Candidates are not expected to have experience with our operations but would be excited by the opportunities in learning to:
  • Work with customers at a wide range of levels to introduce the service, assess their needs, create projects, and prepare and deliver proposals; ·
  • Conduct surveys of sidewalk infrastructure to assess trip and fall hazards and prepare estimates of costs to repair the hazards;
  • Respond to customer invitations, RFPs, Bid Invitations, and other opportunities with proposals for delivering the service;
  • Work with operations teams to implement sidewalk infrastructure management projects and programs;
  • Enjoy splitting their time between working inside and outdoors;
  • Travel throughout New York;
  • Be comfortable walking, driving a golf cart, or riding a Segway in a project area;
  • Be eager to learn, excited by the adventure of working with a broad group of customers and locations, and be challenged by steady growth in responsibilities;
  • Develop a strong skill set with hand-held and office computers using applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, GPS, and Geographic Information Systems; 
  • Work with base compensation and grow their variable pay component to become highly compensated.
Precision Safe Sidewalks has structured a mentoring program that will lead successful candidates from entry-level to territory managers with a compensation package that is designed to pay for performance. 
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on commission and also offers a 401(k) with up to a 6% match.
