Raindrop is a fast-growing creative agency headquartered in San Diego. We’re looking for a stellar PR + Influencer Manager who is passionate, creative and results-driven to join our team. This communications rockstar will help support media and influencer efforts and boost awareness for a variety of incredible clients. As part of the Public Relations team, you’ll identify pitching opportunities and develop story angles, create PR and influencer strategy, manage end-to-end development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns and more.

  • Create, execute and collaborate on strategic PR and influencer plans for a variety of clients
  • Develop creative pitch angles, ideas and giveaways
  • Pitch and secure media coverage 
  • Track media hits and update activity reports 
  • Set clear objectives for influencer campaigns with the client, considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, sales, etc.
  • Project manage influencer campaigns from initial response through post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation, budget negotiation, contracting and content creation
  • Be the liaison between the influencer and the brand—negotiate contracts to ensure the best deal and results for the client 
  • Curate media and influencer lists, maintain journalist and influencer relationships
  • Draft press materials, pitches and client materials 
  • Maintain media lists and track monthly coverage 
  • Monitor relevant media to identify real-time opportunities for proactive outreach 
  • Maintain client relationships and lead calls (dependent on client)




  • 3-5 years of PR and influencer relations experience, preferably at an agency 
  • Knowledge of social media and how the platforms can work to elevate a brand’s profile and awareness
  • Experience pitching CPG clients (beauty, lifestyle, home) a plus
  • Experience utilizing influencer platforms (Grin) and experience with whitelisting and affiliate campaigns a bonus
  • Prior media relationships preferred
  • Superb writing and copy editing skills 
  • Outstanding attention to detail  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Knowledge of AP style and Cision
