Raindrop is a fast-growing agency located in the heart of Little Italy. We are looking for a Production Supervisor who can bring our storytelling to life! This person will be responsible for taking an idea and turning into reality. As a leader in the Production Department, this person will be overseeing and supporting the growth and development of our growing team of Producers while collaborating with the Production Creative Supervisor and Production Project Manager. 


The Production Supervisor will be directly managing a team of Producers and working with Chief Content Officer, Team Supervisors (On-set Directors), Video Supervisor and Production Project Manager to help lead the Production Department as it grows. The Production Supervisor is responsible for all things related to individual shoots and projects by making sure that they are on-budget, timely and bring to life the creative vision of the team. 




Production Leadership 

  • Ability to see the changes in advance, into the future, and anticipate roadblocks ahead while providing strategic recommendations to solve. 

  • Proven track record to anticipate challenges, find the right team members, delegate appropriately, and demonstrate leadership in change management.  

  • Lead and mentor production team members to ensure that shoots are nimble, fun and productive. 

  • Oversee and develop Producers and their projects to ensure that they understand how to run a shoot Raindrop style 

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to assign Producers to new projects and clients, while managing team bandwidth and client needs 

  • Develop, track, manage and adjust budgets at the project level 

  • Work with the Production Project Manager to: 

    • Identify hiring needs 

    • Develop and adapt new team processes 

    • Ensure that Production team follows processes put in place for the department 


Team Leadership and Culture 

  • Ability to galvanize our team and inspire them to “make it better”.  

  • Demonstrate strategic leadership by creating the right moments for change, and inspire their team to move into action while keeping team members accountable. 

  • Lead, manage and train a team of producers. 

  • Oversee a team of producers to ensure that their work quality meets Raindrop standards, they have the tools they need to be successful and they are owning their future 

  • Develop strategies and processes for increased production team efficiency and quality 

  • Be a steward and representative of the Raindrop culture to all partners, clients and team members. You will be responsible for helping lead in a Raindrop way and bringing others into that fold.  


Budgets, Finances and Operations 

  • Comfortable with finances, planning and budgeting in a way that leads the company forward and is an equal partner with the Director of Finance in Production related items.

  • Develop budgets for client shoots and review/oversee budget development of junior team members 

  • Work with the Director of Finance to provide real-time budget 

  • Work with Brand Managers and Finance team to pull monthly retainers and track budgets by client 

  • Work with Production Manager and Director of Finance to keep projections and budget tracking up to date by client and for the department 

  • Identify and create processes to optimize operation flow and improvement



  • 5-7 years of professional marketing experience with 2-3 years of  relevant experience in agency services and people management of more than 2 people at once.

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance 

  • Articulate, organized, and well accustomed to leading teams larger than 5 people

  • Leadership experience to drive internal teams forward and build trust.
