Raindrop is a fast-growing creative agency located in the heart of Little Italy. We’re looking for a stellar Influencer Manager who is passionate, creative and results-driven to join our team. This communications rockstar will manage end-to-end development and execution of our client’s influencer marketing campaigns. As part of the Public Relations team, you’ll collaborate to build influencer campaigns around unique offeringsdrafting briefs for the campaign, setting and tracking KPIs, and be the primary liaison with influencers on behalf of our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Work in tandem with public relations tactics to define and manage the overall influencer strategy
  • Create, execute and collaborate on influencer programs for a variety of clients 
  • Set clear objectives for campaigns with the client, considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, sales, etc.
  • Project manage influencer campaigns from initial response through post-campaign reporting, including campaign activation, budget negotiation, contracting and content creation
  • Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and milestones are met
  • Be the liaison between the influencer and the brand—negotiate contracts to ensure the best deal and results for the client 
  • Track activity in our influencer database and produce + present campaign reports each month/quarter/campaign
  • Curate influencer lists for clients and maintain influencer relationships
  • Monitor the landscape to identify real-time opportunities for proactive outreach 


 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • 2-4 years of influencer experience, preferably at an agency 
  • Knowledge of social media and how the platforms can work to elevate a brand’s profile and awareness
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail  
  • Have a portfolio of campaigns you’ve developed and managed 
  • Knowledge of affiliate campaigns and Grin are a bonus, but not required
