Position Summary
Summary:Reporting directly to the SVP, General Counsel & Secretary, the VP of Human Resources will play a critical role in setting up the infrastructure needed to hire and retain great talent, create an outstanding place to work and shape the future success of Adela as it scales from start-up to enterprise. An HR leader experienced with generating ideas, setting strategy, outline risks and implement plans and advisor to the company’s leadership.

● Proven experience in a senior HR role with fast-growing international company. ● Knowledge of HR compliance in all areas of HR. ● Highly organized and able to meet task timelines to realize overall project outcomes. ● Proven ability to work cross functionally on complex projects in support of corporate deliverables. ● Ability to function effectively both as an individual contributor to perform tasks at hand as well as build and lead a highly productive team. ● Ability to work both tactically and strategically. ● Demonstrated proficiency in strategic HR planning and change management. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Proven leadership abilities, high EQ and interpersonal skills to effectively interface and collaborate with all levels and functions within the organization. ● Strong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving results with aggressive timelines. ● Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; can handle multiple high priority projects simultaneously. ● Creates an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork, collaboration and encourages employee engagement.
